a door of found shapes.

this is the house we rented.

it doesn't rain much...

in southern california.

but when it does,

it pours.

and it feels so good.

cravings

My cravings have begun.

I think of food.

all the time.

Actually,

I always have.

the dump pile

there are things you can never forget.

a part of it will always remain.

I once saw...

a bald eagle.

 near Redding,

 and through the binoculars 

I saw him sitting on a ledge of a 

bare pine tree. 

walking. part II

through the orchard. amongst cherimoya trees.

concord grapevines. sweet and sour.

keep growing. keep spreading. 

waitin' till I find you again.

walking.

I need to walk more. 

For my mind and body.

 To see this view. 

To know that every path 

will lead us to 

where we belong.

the humpback of a whale

On the way to Catalina Island, I spotted a humpback. I was pregnant and didn't know it. I thought I was getting seasick, but it might of been morning sickness. The horizon was invisible.
